For your convenience Dove Cleaners offers Personal Valet Service. We will pick up and deliver your dry cleaning from your home, office, or location of your choice in the GTA, including Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Unionville, Burlington, Markham and Aurora. Simply call to arrange one-time or regularly scheduled weekly service.

Don’t cheat yourself out of quality. You may choose to use our 24-hour service with each order but the three-day cycle allows our expert cleaners to assess, spot and clean each item as thoroughly and meticulously as possible. Should a garment need re-cleaning following an inspection, our staff can take their time and ensure the best possible result for your clothing.
Ordering is easy by calling us or visiting our website. On the website, proceed to the VALET SERVICE REGISTRATION section and follow the basic steps on our user-friendly order form. Should you choose to call us, one of our customer service representatives will be pleased to assist you. All major credit cards are accepted.
There are no minimum order requirements.
If submission of a credit card over the internet is troublesome to you, one of Dove Cleaners’s representatives will gladly accept payment over the phone. However, you may still submit your order to Dove Cleaners using the internet.
Dove Cleaners protects your credit card information as well as your personal data using the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which provides full encryption and safeguards against third-party access to such valuable information (see Privacy Policy/Security for further details).
Dove Cleaners does not require your presence at the time your personal valet picks up or delivers your order. Simply notify us as to the location of your garment bag and your Valet will pick up and deliver your garments without hassle. Dove Cleaners cannot assume liability for stolen garments or damage to garments left at your specified location. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure a secure environment for pick up and delivery of all items.
When a customer submits a VALET SERVICE REGISTRATION form for the first time, a profile is created in the Order Status/Profile section. This profile will contain all of your personal preferences regarding cleaning and pick-up/drop-off service.
